Service categories
IAQFRESS offers focused e-commerce work covering product descriptions, shopping-assistant setup, recommendations, cart recovery, checkout experience, review workflows, content, feeds, inventory organization, customer-support workflows, dashboards, automation, multi-channel setup, and monthly management. Each category describes a possible engagement; it is not a promise that every platform, app, data source, or feature will be compatible with every store.
The accepted scope identifies the platform, store, catalog size, deliverables, accounts, integrations, implementation boundaries, and review process. A one-time setup generally differs from ongoing monitoring or content maintenance. Work that requires extra products, languages, channels, or systems should be agreed as an additional scope.
Discovery and prerequisites
A project usually begins with a discussion of the store's current configuration, the desired outcome, constraints, and available information. The client should provide authorized access at an appropriate permission level, a current list of products or relevant exports, business rules, and a decision maker. IAQFRESS may request clarification when product facts, customer journeys, or data definitions are incomplete.
The client is responsible for maintaining its underlying platform subscription, payment processor, shipping arrangements, domain, third-party app licenses, and business authorizations. Any required subscription, marketplace approval, developer access, or vendor contract should be identified before implementation. A delay or refusal by a third party can change what is feasible.
Implementation and review
Work may include configuration, content preparation, workflow documentation, reporting setup, testing, and a handoff summary as defined in the project agreement. IAQFRESS should seek approval before a material live-site change if the agreed process requires it. The client should review product facts, prices, checkout language, customer messages, and public-facing content because those reflect the client's business obligations.
Testing can confirm that a feature behaves as expected in selected scenarios at the time of review. It cannot prove that every future order, device, traffic source, or vendor update will behave identically. Where a change affects the live purchase path, a practical test plan and rollback approach should be included in the agreed scope.
AI-assisted and automated features
AI-assisted descriptions and shopping tools require client review. Generated text can be incomplete or inaccurate; the client must confirm product specifications, claims, restrictions, safety information, and legal disclosures before publishing. Automated recommendations and cart messages depend on valid input data, consent settings, platform rules, and available integrations.
The project scope should state whether IAQFRESS configures a tool, drafts content, imports data, trains staff, or manages it after launch. Ongoing accuracy, moderation, and monitoring are separate responsibilities unless monthly support explicitly includes them. No automated tool should be assumed to make binding legal, financial, or customer-service decisions without human oversight.
Handoff and support boundaries
At completion, the parties should identify what has been delivered, which settings or files the client controls, known dependencies, open questions, and any agreed training or documentation. A support period, response channel, coverage hours, or monthly task allowance exists only if the accepted scope specifies it. A general website description does not create a continuous help desk or a guaranteed response time.
New platform releases, changed product data, additional integrations, account restrictions, security incidents, and requests to redesign previous work may require a separate estimate. For urgent store issues, the client should also use its platform or payment provider's direct support channels when appropriate. Concerns about the delivered scope can be sent using the details below.
