Client-supplied material
The client retains ownership of product information, brand assets, photographs, trademarks, existing catalog data, customer materials, and other content it supplies, subject to the rights of any third-party owner. The client grants IAQFRESS the limited permission needed to inspect, adapt, format, upload, or otherwise use that material to perform the agreed services. The client should disclose usage limits, licensing terms, and confidential material before work begins.
Providing a file is not proof that the client owns every right in it. The client is responsible for securing permission for images, product claims, fonts, reviews, customer data, testimonials, and other assets it asks IAQFRESS to use. Content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or outside the agreed permissions should be corrected or withheld before publication.
New deliverables
A project may result in edited descriptions, feed structures, workflow documents, dashboard configurations, automation logic, or other deliverables. Their ownership or license, the point at which rights transfer, and whether editable source files are included should be stated in the accepted agreement. Payment for a setup service does not by itself grant rights in a separate vendor's software, app, stock material, or data source.
Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, IAQFRESS may retain its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, reusable code, and general techniques. The client should receive the practical right to use paid deliverables for the agreed store purpose, subject to payment and third-party restrictions. A broader assignment or exclusivity should be agreed explicitly.
AI-assisted material and review
AI-assisted descriptions or shopping content may draw on client input and a tool's processing. Tool terms and applicable law can affect rights in generated outputs, and similar outputs may be created for other users. IAQFRESS does not promise exclusive copyright in text generated by a third-party AI service. The project agreement should identify any material tool restrictions that affect the planned use.
Before publication, the client must review product facts, claims, regulated information, trademarks, tone, and originality concerns. Human review is especially important where an output could misstate specifications, warranty terms, price, safety information, or availability. The parties should agree who makes the final editorial and publishing decision.
Third-party components and accounts
An e-commerce site may depend on a platform theme, app, plugin, analytics tool, image library, font, or marketplace integration. Such components remain subject to their owners' licenses, fees, and rules. IAQFRESS cannot transfer rights it does not own. The client should preserve its platform and vendor account records, including renewal and license information.
If a project involves custom configuration of a third-party tool, a delivered setting or workflow does not replace the vendor's terms. A change in the vendor's API, account access, or product can require future work. Where possible, the handoff should distinguish editable client-owned material from vendor-controlled functionality.
Publication, portfolio, and disputes
IAQFRESS should not treat a client's private store data, unpublished strategy, or finished work as automatically approved for a public portfolio or case study. Any permission to name the client or publish examples should be obtained separately, with attention to confidential and third-party rights. Public imagery on this website is illustrative and is not a claim of a client project.
If either party believes material infringes a right, it should provide enough detail for review, including the location, ownership basis, and requested correction. The parties can then assess removal, replacement, permission, or another appropriate response. The accepted agreement controls project-specific indemnity or dispute terms, subject to applicable law.
