Accessibility approach
IAQFRESS aims to make information about its online sales and e-commerce services usable across devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility requires continuing attention to structure, content, interaction, and testing after publication. This statement describes the intended design approach and a way to report a barrier; it is not a certification that every page, app, or third-party component conforms to a named standard.
The layout is responsive, navigation uses descriptive labels, and the project inquiry modal has labeled required fields and visible validation messages. Focus styling is provided for keyboard use. Content is written as text instead of being embedded solely in an image. These measures need to be rechecked in the final Shopify theme and after later edits.
Standards and scope
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, including WCAG 2.2, provide widely used criteria for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content. IAQFRESS uses those principles as guidance when reviewing its pages. This statement does not assert a formal conformance level or a completed independent audit.
Third-party platform controls, consent tools, checkout features, or installed apps may introduce their own accessibility behavior. The final storefront should be assessed as a whole, including the theme header and footer, inserted logo, any new images, legal pages, forms, and mobile menu.
Supported use and known limits
Visitors should be able to navigate the main links and modal with a keyboard. The menu exposes its expanded state, the dialog can be closed, and form errors are shown inline rather than through browser popups. On a narrow screen, content may extend beyond one viewport so it remains readable without forced clipping. The site's decorative imagery is not intended to carry essential instructions.
Accessibility can vary by browser, screen reader, device, zoom level, language settings, and platform updates. A generated image may need an appropriate description if its meaning changes in a future context. Changes to fonts, colors, spacing, or third-party widgets can create a barrier even when the initial design worked.
Feedback and alternatives
If an element is difficult to use, contact IAQFRESS using the details below. Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the problem, and, if comfortable, the browser or assistive technology involved. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to explain the issue.
Where possible, IAQFRESS can provide the same service information or a way to discuss a project through an alternative channel while a reported barrier is reviewed. Response timing depends on the nature of the request and available information; this page does not promise a specific resolution deadline.
Ongoing review
Accessibility should be revisited when the logo is replaced, a new page is added, a third-party script is installed, or a section is edited in Shopify. Checks should include keyboard order, visible focus, text contrast, meaningful labels, error messages, zoom, and mobile reflow. Feedback can help prioritize fixes based on real tasks.
This statement was last updated on the date above. It may be revised when the site changes or additional testing identifies a limitation. We welcome a clear report of any barrier affecting access to the information or contact process.
